Description: A discreet selection of granulated colored glass is laid out on a steel marver in a pre-determined pattern using a sand painting technique. A piece of colored glass is picked up on a blow pipe and a gather of clear glass is applied over the color in the furnace crucible. The gather of hot glass is then rolled through the colored glass which transfers the pattern to the molten glass. 6.5" L x 13.75" W
