Description: The Galaxy is created by fuming a gather of clear molten glass with a translucent blue veil before twisting the thread into the core of the galaxy. White powdered glass (frit) is applied to create the stars that make up the spiral arms. A bubble is then applied to the center of the design and a ring of bubbles adds dimension and viewing interest. The finished design is then cased in clear glass. 2.75" L x 4.75" W
