Description: An Eco friendly cap made 100% from recycled polyester yarn. Plastic bottles are picked up in your curbside box and sent to a processing center in the USA. They are crushed, heated, and extruded into polyester "fluff" then drawn into thread, woven into fabric, and sewn into shirts and hats. Each shirt or hat recovers 8 two liter bottles. An extraordinary process and as green as it gets. Includes up to 8,000 stitches of embroidery.
